In our proposal, our Tasting Menu is a tribute to our wine and terroir. A walk trough the vineyard without leaving the table. For those who want to experience the most illustrated castillian flavour, our Market Menu is a tribute to the castillian fields, to cereal , to the flavours of our land, to our character and to the blend of tradition and modernity.

Whenever is the perfect time to sit at the table with the crackling embers as our only background sound. Fish, vegetables, octopus… and of course meat complements the perfect set to enjoy the barbecue flavours of Marina’s cooking.
